Day 69 - Killington

Parked at Snowdon and on the hill at 9:00; skied the Atomic D2 GS #2’s.  Clear and cold with a brisk wind.  Much like yesterday conditions were firm and flat.  Very few people on the hill today.  I liked just about everything I skied.  Bunny-Bunny-Bunny first thing was great.  Moved on to Superstar after Snowdon and it was nice and firm, so I did 10 laps or so.  I headed over to Skylark once, but as I turned down from Launch Pad it was a bit chunky so I cut right back around and did the rest of Superstar.  Did a few on Bear too before coffee.  Bear Claw-Bear Trap was a tiny bit chunky, but not enough to stop me from doing it again.  Trail of the day over there was Upper Skyburst.  It soften up nicely in the morning sun without clumping up into piles.  Since the CQ and NRT both weren’t running today, I headed back to Snowdon after coffee.  I made two tuck runs out of Middle Chute across the Mixing Bowl and straight down Lower Bunny – 72.9mph on Ski Tracks!  Today’s Ski Tracks is missing one run.  I didn’t get it turned on till my second lift ride.
