Day 86 - Killington

A little more snow overnight.  On the hill at 9:00 with Tom; parked at Snowdon; skied the Rossignol Avenger 76 Ti’s and the Atomic D2 Race GS #2’s.  Started with a disappointing Bunny-Chute-Chute.  I was just going to straight for the conditions, light, and equipment.  Went back for seconds and did a little better.  Then we moved on to Low Rider where I uncovered tons of crap. Changed to the GS skis and headed to the Canyon.  Cascade was the best run of the day - smooth and grippy.  After coffee we changed back to putt-putt’s and went back to the Canyon for a Royal Flush and a couple of Big Dipper’s.  Royal Flush was a little thin, but I picked my way down and missed most of exposed rocks.  Big Dipper was a pleasant surprise – lots of soft snow and good cover.  The entry into the bottom was a little sketchy, but I did it again anyway.  My left knee is killing me.  I’m icing it as I write this.
